Oxford is a small but growing community with approximately 21,000 plus residents. DeArmanville Elementary School serves approximately 460 students in kindergarten through fourth grade. The faculty and staff are friendly and committed to doing what is best for the students. The school is proud to participate in the Alabama Reading Initiative (ARI) and in the Alabama Math Science Technology Initiative (AMSTI). We are extremely fortunate to be able to offer our students innovative curriculum in the area of math, science, social studies, computer, art, and music. DeArmanville Elementary School is an accredited member of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, the official accreditation agency for the southern states.
